My wife and I visited the local "Stu Miller's Pumpkin Patch" in Summerlin Las Vegas on the NW corner of Flamingo and Grand Canyon today with our 20 month old boy. We had a good time walking around taking pictures in the pumpkin patch.
We had a fun, but our boy was too small to go on any of the attraction rides/slides. We took him to the petting zoo area and he enjoyed looking at the animals, which was shaded and a great break from the intense sun.
He especially liked tying to touch the bunny through the fence. There was a rabbit, a couple small goats and small sheep (I believe - I could be wrong on naming the animals - ugh to my knowledge).
We were disappointed that there wasn't any food for sale, especially that there were no caramel apples - a pumpkin patch staple for out total enjoyment.
I would love to have supported the patch by purchasing all our pumpkins and some food, but there was no food and the pumpkin pricing is pretty high, compared to just getting a pumpkin from the grocery store. A pumpkin at the patch that goes for $15, is only $5 at Albertson's.
There's a bunch of big slides and a trampoline with bungee's that allow you to jump extra high.
There is no fee to enter.
The patch is open every day.
